Structural Audits & NDT Testing

Structural audits that tell you if your building is safe

A structural audit tells you whether your building is safe, which parts are weak, and what it will take to fix them. We combine a detailed visual survey with non-destructive tests and give you a clear written verdict, in plain language.

When to call us

Signs you need this

  • Cracks in columns, beams or slabs, especially diagonal ones
  • Rust stains or exposed steel bars
  • Sagging slabs, or doors that suddenly stop closing
  • The building is 25 to 30 years old or more
  • You plan to add a floor or change how the building is used
  • Your RWA, authority, bank or insurer has asked for an audit

What we do

The work, desk by desk

Every job starts with the cause. Here is what this department covers.

01

Visual condition survey

Every structural member checked, cracks mapped and measured, defects photographed and marked on drawings.

02

Non-destructive testing

Rebound hammer and ultrasonic pulse velocity as per IS 13311, cover meter, carbonation depth and half-cell potential for corrosion.

03

Core testing

Concrete cores taken and tested at a lab where the numbers need confirming.

04

Structural checks

Load checks for the present use, extra floors or new equipment, with seismic evaluation as per IS 15988 where needed.

05

RWA and society audits

Full building audits for housing societies, with the findings explained to residents face to face.

06

Repair priority plan

What must be fixed now, what can wait, and a cost estimate for each.

What you get

In writing, every time.

Clear documents you can act on, hand to a contractor, or put in front of a department.

  • Structural audit report with crack maps and test results
  • A safety verdict in plain language
  • Prioritised repair plan with BoQ
  • Stability assessment where your authority asks for one

How it works

Four steps, starting free

  1. STEP 01

    Free 30-minute call

Tell us what is wrong. Send photos, drawings or the contract on WhatsApp. We tell you honestly what we think.

  2. STEP 02

    Site visit and diagnosis

An engineer inspects, measures and tests where needed. We look for the cause, not the symptom.

  3. STEP 03

    Written report and cost

You get findings, the action plan, and a BoQ or fee in writing. No surprises later.

  4. STEP 04

We stay till it is done

If you want, we select the contractor, supervise the work, check the bills and close it out.

Questions

Structural Audits & NDT Testing: common questions

It depends on the size of the building and the tests needed. A house is quick; a society with several towers takes longer. We give you a clear timeline with the quote, and the report follows once lab results are in.

Most tests are non-destructive. Where cores are needed, they leave small holes that are filled with repair mortar straight after.

Yes. We audit to the format the authority asks for, explain the findings to residents, and help the RWA respond to the notice.
